Q.Who can enter?
The competition is open to anyone working in advertising agency, digital agency, social media agency, media agency, creative agency, content marketing agency, OTT companies, broadcasters, or any other field related to branding, advertising & marketing.
Q. Is a firm represented by a jury member allowed to enter the competition?
Yes, however the jury members aren’t allowed to judge the work of their own company.

Last Date for Entry Submission: 30th, July, 2020
Jury Meet: August, 2020
Shortlist Announcement: August, 2020
Awards Night: 22- 24th September, 2020
Q.What are the eligibility requirements?
The competition is open to campaigns created, published and promoted between 1st February 2019 and 30th April 2020.
Q.How many campaigns/ entries under different categories can I submit?
You can submit as many campaigns/ entries as you like, and there is no restriction on the number of categories you can enter.
Q.Is there a fee for submitting entries?
Yes, the fee is Rs 10,000 per entry for TV/Film, Digital, Print, OOH, Radio, Travel and Retail Awards categories and Rs 12,000 per entry will be charged for the Special Awards category.
Q.Is there any discount?
Yes, there is a flat 20% discount for early bird entries, submitted till April, 2020.

5-10 Entries: 10% Discount
11-20 entries: 15% discount
20+ entries: 20% discount
Q.Is there a fee for attending BrandWagon Conclave & The Ace Awards 2020?
Yes, the combined delegate fee for attending BrandWagon Conclave 2020 and Ace Awards 2020 is Rs 7,000 per person plus taxes. However, there is a complimentary pass for every five entries submitted under the Campaign, Medium and Sector specific categories of The BrandWagon Ace Awards 2020.
The complimentary pass will entitle the bearer to attend both the Summit & the awards. However, the person attending the Summit & the awards through the complimentary pass must be from the same company which submitted the entries.
Q.In what format should I submit my entry?
An entry must contain a summary of the campaign. The summary should not exceed 500 words. Other than the summary, one needs to fill the mandatory fields of Objective, Creativity & Innovation, Strategy & Execution, RoI & Results.
The sample of the work may vary from category to category, therefore it can include either printed materials such as white papers or company publications; links to online content such as web pages, websites, videos, AVs, sample Ads, infographics or mobile applications.
